Damien Vuillefroy

Graduated from the École Centrale de Lyon, Damien has acquired an experience of 25 years across various industries. After starting his career in an engineering office in the automotive sector, he worked for more than 10 years at ArcelorMittal, mostly in France, Benelux and Poland. He joined Orphoz in 2014, a consulting firm and subsidiary of McKinsey & Company, specialized in the implementation of high-stakes transformations. He was one of its Directors from 2020 to 2024, particularly focusing on operational excellence across a wide range of industrial and service sectors.
